Kneading Time Holistic Therapy Center our commitment is to help
you find and maintain balance in your emotional and physical
state, helping you function at your personal best!
Our Philosophy Of Care
At Kneading Time we believe in the healing power of touch, and
that we all possess the innate ability to heal ourselves. Our
intention is to focus entirely on the individual during his/her
session in order to facilitate the body's natural ability for
self-healing. Our primary goal is to provide and encourage a
relaxing experience that reestablishes the mind-body connection.
Kneading Time utilizes many philosophies and proven techniques
in order to meet the needs of each individual client.
Therapeutic work such as massage therapy, reflexology,
craniosacral therapy, hypnotherapy, meditation, reiki, and
shiatsu are offered with the hope of helping the client achieve
personal balance. Additionally, holistic approaches such as
nutritional counseling, life coaching, and yoga are provided and
encouraged, with the belief that these practices can enrich
one's life.
Kneading
Time's goal is to offer diversified and holistically based
therapies that assist in balancing individual needs. We are
committed to helping our clients regain and maintain a sense of
well being by providing them a way to take time out of life's
stresses and reconnect with self. We offer this within a
comfortable and safe environment, which allows and encourages
self-reflection and self-appreciation.
At
Kneading Time we recognize the importance of educating our
clients about the benefits of the therapies and philosophies we
offer, and how they relate to them individually.

feel the best way to educate our clients is through
communication. There will always be room for discussion -
before, during, and after each session.

focusing on prevention and complementary care, we can
provide the knowledge and skills for improved daily and
lifetime self-care habits.
